As well as To Do in Kent, I built TicketHero, a ticket booking system for attractions, farm parks and seasonal events. Too much ticketing sends people away at the moment they decide to buy: to a different site, with tickets before dates and forms before payment. TicketHero keeps the whole booking on your own page.
Booked on your own website
The whole journey sits inside your page, in your colours. Nobody is sent to a ticketing site, and you see where every booking came from.
Date first, then tickets
A real calendar with the price for each day, and start times that update the moment one is taken.
Nothing sold twice
A place is held for ten minutes while someone pays, then released if they leave.
One price from the first step
The booking fee is in the total from the start, so there are no surprises at checkout.
Details after payment
Families book with a name and an email. Anything else, like each child's details for Santa, comes afterwards.
Ready at the gate
Every ticket carries a code. Scan it with a phone and your team see the party and what they bought.
Built with venues, not sold to them
No long contract, the API is included, and I set it up with you rather than handing over a login. TicketHero is new and is taking on its first venues, so the people who join now shape what it does next. You can see what works today on the public roadmap.
