Pumpkin Moon at its Maidstone farm lets visitors pick their own pumpkins, squash and gourds from over 100 varieties, with wheelbarrows provided to carry them. The farm is open at weekends from 17 to 18 October and on weekdays from 21 to 31 October, with arrival between 10am and 3:30pm. It suits families, groups and anyone wanting a seasonal outing, and fancy dress is welcome.

A six-week Forest School programme for home educated children aged 4 to 11, run by a Level 3 trained Forest School leader. Each Friday session from 12:45pm to 2:45pm includes pond dipping, minibeast hunts, crafts, den building and fires, with an accompanying adult required. It takes place at Tyland Barn Nature Park and Gardens in Maidstone on Fridays from 18 September to 23 October 2026.
