A weekend celebrating the apple harvest, with live pressing demonstrations and apple-themed bakes from the kitchen. Children can try traditional games and crafts around the gardens.
The Christmas Cavity Calamity mini panto
A short, 20 to 25 minute pantomime in Penshurst Place's Garden Room, where Mother Christmas and her mischievous twin threaten to spoil the festivities. It is a good fit for younger children who might struggle with a full-length theatre panto. Quiet sessions have softer music, BSL signing where possible and time to meet Father Christmas.

Penshurst Place is a 14th-century manor house with 11 acres of formal gardens in the village of Penshurst, between Tonbridge and Edenbridge. See the medieval house and state rooms, wander the gardens, then let children burn off energy in the adventure playground and woodland trail. It suits families and garden lovers and comfortably fills half a day.
